Sergio,BI (BIAC) had a small write up in IBD this weekend under " Resaerch Reports " Pg 49 By Neidiger Tucker Bruner " Despite the recent slowdown in the growth of crime,the U.S. prison system is still subject to overcrowding. BI's correctioanl services represent a viable low-cost solution to prison overcrowding and represents the system's best chance to reduce recidivism.Howerever the stock value has not kept pace with the high valuations of other correctional-services stock."
