Everyone understands that you can get more if you're willing to pay a lot more, but frankly the end of the market you're addressing is facing its own crunch. At the prices you charge we're beginning to see integrated execution services being offered in addition to just a quote/news feed. After all, what's the point of having all of this up-to-the-millisecond data if you have no ability to act on it? The service NAQ offers is more than adequate to "drive" the trading of anyone using any web-based brokerage system. That and the fact that they remain head-and-shoulders the value leader in this field is why folks stick with them despite the occasional glitches.
