The Proxy vote could be look like this. (3 different votes to be counted.) 1. Give shareholders the chance to reveiw the merger deal, before it happens. (y) (n) 2. Kill ANY REVERSE SPLITS (y) (n) 3. To remove Jack Arnold and the present board of directors, due to anti share holder actions (y) (n) one or all could pass or be voted down. Since we are talking about removing the present managment, it would require SEC monitering, and there is nothing CVIA can do legally to prevent this. KAA
