A doubling spike could also develop quite easily on news of a joint venture partner or other secure financing. . . but I can't help but agree that, at least for the very short term, a spike to double or triple would not be sustainable. There are, as someone said earlier, a gazillion shares out, and many people are tired of holding them and so will sell. More just bought them recently at .15 to .25, and a double over a matter of weeks is going to look like gravy to them. The spike could easily be tradeable with these volumes, and a new buying opportunity could come up in the valley beyond. Then it could get into stronger hands(perhaps ours if we like what we hear) for the steady advance that may come from having a product in demand, as Ruby suggests. I'm going to be watching for this pattern, because I agree with you that market psychology here is initially more important than numbers and p/e's, for that first rush on good news. Let's hope we get some!
