Some still do - lots of disgruntled folk - particularly one with an axe to grind against the "Church of Scientology." Main competitors, in order of marketshare/$ size: HP, TTC, Wandel & Goltermann (German and US co.). Net2Net is more an ATM analyzer than a carrier test set like DIGL's Don't know about ownership - search the SEC filings (10K's). Technology seems ahead of its time (Windows user interface) but there are reliability issues as well as a raft of unhappy customers. Read a lot of the postings here and on Yahoo for details.
