Thanks David, I respect you position. I look at it a little differently. Obviously it was not too great of a company, or it Softbank Holdings wouldn't have been so eager to dump it. So, little known Zulu-tek comes in and gains control. Sure it looks like, on the surface, that they have struggled. They have only been running the business for a little over a quarter. But do you really know? No. Do I? No. But they have an impressive client list, and are, on the surface, "attempting" to improve the company. Is it risky? Yes. I know that, anyone here knows that. But a .50 not too much concern here. If it goes to .30, I may pick up some more, but I don't see that. This stock can, as witnessed in the past 3 months, go from 0 to 60 in a matter of hours. You can't win, if you're not in the game.

Mark

David, for purposes of clarity, SIM was having problems BEFORE Zulu-tek purchased it. This is proven not only by the below quote, which comes from Crain Communications (April 1998), but also by virtue of the fact that the former SIMer's sued Softbank Holding and Ziff-Davis, not Zulu-tek.

The direct quote from Crain Communications:

"Even before the takeover, the ad network was having trouble fulfilling its promises to at least some clients. "

The full Crain text is in my post #6832.

If you are going to criticize at least do so with the full picture in mind. You're great at short-skip negative snippets. And every time you flip in such snippets either I or someone else on this thread will correct you.

Ironically, while you were enjoying the SIM ads, SIM as a company was having problems. Zulu has instituted, and apparently continues to do so, new executive leadership, has made budget slashing decisions and has provided an integrated backup system to improve the work that SIM was doing. Give 'em a chance to at least get it off the ground.

Your dream of .30, I remind you, only means you wish financial gain on the pain of those who paid considerably more their NETZ stock. I strongly recommend a mode of participation for you on this thread that's not promulgated by selfishness. Thank you.
