Del,

I believe there may exist the possibility of more deals. MSU does have some innovative and interesting technology. However, I 'm not prepared to focus on anything more than what MSU currently has underway, which I believe is substantial in itself.

All of those following MUCP and AIME, should start reviewing the USW news releases of late as to what is occuring. USW is preparing to spin off its MediaOne subsidiary into a separate entity around mid-June. I would have to believe that AIME's efforts are part of this longer trend.

All you have to ask yourself is "who else, other than WebTV, has designed a settop box unit that is being targeted at a MAJOR telecomminications company".

If you can capture this vision and the likely exposure for MSU's technology, you can capture the potential. It has always been there and finally we are seeing the first tangible signs of MSU living up to past expectations. MSU used to trade very strongly in the $6-10 range. I see no reason this won't happen again, given the likelihood of positive earnings and substantial equity as a AIME stock holder.

MSU has a inexpensive design with remarkable resolution for display on NTSC television sets. Compared with a $300 box from WebTV and WindowsCE(more$$$), which do you believe the public would prefer??

What I like most about this deal is that so long as AIME continues to succeed, so does MSU. And I believe AIME is playing with some very big fish.

Again, folks might want to review USW and AIME's press releases.
