Would this be the 400k shares that were to be sold? This is listed as a beneficial owner trade. I thought it was a director that was going to sell 400k for medical/hardship reasons? Also wasn't that person postponing the sale as the price was too low? Any body know off the top of their head? John, nice write-up. Any idea when the secondary issuance is to take place? size? Maybe some of this could be added to Getcher's questions (assuming that you haven't mailed the letter to Leslie yet). ;>)
