Yes it is consistent (85%) and it is National Discount Brokers, sub of Donaldson Lufkin. The speed is there, and they just did an upgrade of the equipment yesterday. Once in awhile I even get price betterment if I'm lucky for 1/16 - 3/32. Hopefully the upgrade doesn't have any glitches come Monday, but they haven't screwed me yet, and when there was a problem with an order, they were fast to straighten in out. Also a few free trades when there was error on their part. They used to give free trades if you were on the phone waiting for a rep and lost some time, but it started to cost them as they grew fast. For $14.75 market orders and add $5.00 for limit, I can't argue.
