1) this item speaks for itself... 2) profitability is dependent upon many factors, but one most certainly is having enough volume through a factory to cover overhead. 3) for six months our efforts to hire, train and retain people has been stymied...we have recently increased our labor rates and benefits to overcome this obstacle 4) we have no plans to move manufacturing overseas. there might be some labor intensive portions of our assembly that could be moved in the future, but that takes considerable discussion prior to a decision. We are reducing fixed and variable costs, whilst increasing volumes to meet demands. That remains the plan while we also increase our output in Spain. Acquisitions are never perfect and adjustments in operations to double output are challenging, but I am very pleased by our on-going progress while frustrated we cannot move faster in our execution.
