RE Tie ratios

When Iomega has been discussing tie-ratios over the past two years, the formula has basically been

disk sales for IOM drives/IOM drives.

When the Japaneese drive makers ramp up and start selling their Zip drives the formula changes to

disk sales for IOM dirves + disk sales for Japaneese Zip drives/IOM drives.

Now if we can only get them Japaneese drives out the door. Oh, by-the-way weren't revenues (mainly from drives?) down from Asia last quarter. Could it be that they are already selling in quantities?
