Daniel,
thanks - that takes away a bit of that feeling <g>. As I know the press release is from May 1st. When doing reverse mergers I see rev-splits mostly as neutral. So I just calculate the implied postsplit price out of last pre-split price. The problem here is 1:400. This implies $20 postsplit. That's my problem here, not the fact that it's a reverse merger. I have a quite pragmatic approach to penny stocks. It'S mostly about DD, valuation and MM tactics. I don't believe generally in short-squeeze stories until I find out float/short ratios. It's for me mostly a "show-me the cards" approach. Anyway, You got me curious in this issue. I will check the ticker on Monday. Let's see whether my assumptions & my reasoning were correct...

best wishes
