Exploration Progress On Joint Venture Properties In Zacatecas State, Mexico Aurado Exploration Ltd. (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce that a gravity survey of the Venaditas and Gabriela properties has now been completed by Allan Spector and Associates with encouraging results. The primary objective was to determine the depth of overburden on the properties and delineate areas of shallow pediment for Induced Polarization (''IP'') surveys. Three areas were identified where IP can be used to test for massive sulphide: the southeastern part of the Venaditas property; the southeastern corner of the Gabriela; and the north-central section of the Gabriela property along the eastern body. The southeast corner of the Gabriela is located only 4 km from the San Nicolas discovery along an important northwestern trending lineament. IP is currently underway on the Venaditas and Piedrotas properties and will proceed to the Gabriela on completion. Geological mapping is also underway, focusing on outcrop areas of the Piedrotas and Venaditas properties. These properties are underlain by the Chilitos Formation, the same formation underlying the San Nicolas Massive Sulphide Discovery, and contain flat lying pillowed mafic volcanics, greywacke, jusperoid and quartz porphyritic rhyolite. The presence of rhyolite is particularly encouraging. The Venaditas, Gabriela and Piedrotas properties are adjacent to and immediately west of the Western Copper Holdings Limited/Teck Corporation San Nicholas Massive Sulphide Discovery and may lie in the same mafic felsic volcanic sequence. The eight base metal and silver properties, encompassing 21,542 ha within Zacatecas and San Luis Potosi States, Mexico are the subject of a joint venture between the Company and Cia. Minera Constelacion S.A. de C.V. (''Constelacion''), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cominco Ltd. Constelacion is the operator of the project.
