INSIDERS TRADING.

Did you know that Michael Jacobs, president of Pyng, has been selling shares very regularly in February and March 1997 at prices between 2.30 and 2.70 per share. That is right: Michael Jacobs has been selling at prices between $ 2.30 and 2.70 per share.

Have a look at the report published by the BC Securities Commission at bcsc.bc.ca

Why did Mr Jacobs sell shares at these low prices? I do not know.

Why did it take so long for these transactions to be reported to the BC Securities Commission? I do not know.

Start asking yourself some questions and do your own research.

Have a very nice day.

Pierre
