Re: Insider selling A quick check of insidertrader.com shows a slew of 144s ranging from January to March, but nothing thereafter. I can't find anything on Edgar, however. I'm showing a total of 1,179,000 shares registered at prices ranging from 1.00 to 4.44. Where are you finding the Edgar hits? Without knowing a lot more about the company attempting to short it would be even less advisable than just jumping in blindly on the long side. The plain truth is very little seems to be known about this company at this time and that's the biggest red flag of all.
