Perkins,

Good question. I would have to refer you to IR at 1-888-666-8833. Although I have a limited understanding as to the answer to your question I would hesitate to answer without calling ITKG and getting all the facts. I would welcome a post as to your findings.

Going back in time: It's funny how a few investors back in Feb. had some negative reactions to the stock price fluctuating back then and sold for a loss in the .75 cent range. Had they had a little vision their investment would have appreciated nicely since. Always looking for someone to place the blame.

Earl

Mr. Perkins, I am a long on both ITKG and IASCA. I support a merger as in the best interest of both sets of stockholders (OWNERS) and the
costomers we serve. Together we could get to market with the antenna
faster together before another technology catches us...we run out of
$...our stockholder's equity is reduced as shares are issued instead
of cash for services...or other possible out comes.

The market is huge and plenty to go around for both companies.

I have E-mailed both CEOs and I encourage other STOCKHOLDERS to do
the same. Make your opinions known. I'm sure they will appreciate
your input and questions.

Mark Williams posting on this thread is greatly appreciated.
