<<are there any other compelling reasons that you've decided to re-establish your short position?>> Bradpalm, Hmmm, tough one. ZONA has no assets to speak of but cash and a very sincere CEO. They are currently trading at 6 times the cash value, so I figure I'm selling one dollar bills for $6 each. If they ever complete trials and file an NDA, they have no hope of expedited review, as that spot is taken. So, if they filed tomorrow all these kind folks who are buying dollar bills for $6 would not see what the dreams could be, for another year at least. Plus there is a little personal side to this. One of Ross Perot's buddys has been involve in the financing of ZONA. I'm still sore about when the state of Texas decided I would work for nothing, so when they ran out of Medicaid funds they kept paying Perot's EDS (a while back) to process my claims that they were not going to pay. If any doctor in Texas ever made one-tenth the money off Texas Medicaid that Perot did, he'd be in prison. But Perot sucked his fortune out of the Medicaid program and then ran for president promoting self-reliance. If I have a little chance to burn Perot or his arrogant son, I'll do it. They are still sucking off the public money tit. Got Dallas county to pass a tax on hotels and Taxis to build them a Sports Arena. (Perot Jr. is part owner of the Dallas Mavericks) But really, I'm short to make money. I think this stock is going back to 20 as soon as it can. I'm not even going to discuss the product because, as far as I'm concerned, there is no product, and if there was a product, it would be late 1999 by the time the first product is dispensed. I'll discuss Vivus on the Vivus thread, but not tonight, I'm still long, but have traded Vivus recently, only from the long side. Zebra
