I was just speaking from a (very limited) technical perspective. quicken.excite.com The market indices have gotten ahead of themselves, having gained handsomely so far this year. Seems like we are due for a dip toward the 200 day MA. Also, looks like volume is down a bit overall and more importantly higher on the declines and lighter on rallies. chart2.bigcharts.com And IS is eerily quiet. ("The ticker rooms are empty") I still say DOW 8700 within a few weeks.
