For what it's worth, I apologize - everyone's entitled to an opinion. BTW, I did talk about Beach's view of a LU bid and how the IRS/SEC would likely quash it, so I did add something positive. But to answer your question, harvard class of '90 and wharton class of '95, and yes, I am one of those wall street drones, but on the banking side of things. BTW, most coverage is not initiated to make us bankers happy but is done because the research analysts are trying to make their clients (mutual funds, etc.) money.
