Bill, WSJ (May 15) has an interesting story (starting on page B1) entitled "Chinese Babies are Coveted Consumers". Theme is that Chinese parents (and grandparents) lavish extensive care on their single child (grandchild), with a particular favoritism being shown for Western-style products and care. Most interesting, the article mentions CHDX by name, and adds a quote from Roberta Lipson, reiterating the observation noted above and predicting that CHDX plans to start five more prenatal, child care facilities in China within the next five years. Bill.
