Precious Lord God, I wish to lift up the prayers of these true prayer warriors on Ask And You Shall receive.
May their humble and unselfish prayers to You cause protection and blessings to follow them every where they may go in your name.
Help us all to know without doubt that every prayer is heard by you. May all of us in need realize that what may seem like no answer is only you asking us to wait in faith until it is answered in your will. Only you, Dear God, can see the future and know what is good or bad for us. If we must bear our cross it is for our good.
In Christ,
James

Gregor, my dear brother in Christ, thank you for that prayer. It came at what was for me a long and difficult week at the office, emergencies cropping up every day. Added to that, the long Alaskan summer days have started and I'm a bit short of sleep. Despite 38 Alaska summers I still have a bit of trouble when the sun is still up at 11 pm and rises before 6. With that I've lost my temper a few times this week, something I do only rarely but which leaves me upset when it happens.

Not a total loss, though...most of the emergencies came out well, and one in particular will gladden my heart for weeks to come. And the green is on the trees, temperatures are in the fifties, spring is here at last!

Our church did a revival recently which led over 500 people to give or rededicate their lives to Christ. The following week the pastor asked the regular congregants to take some cards and pray for those people every day. I won't post surnames or other identifying information but please join me in praying for Caroline, Heather, Dean, and Latasha.

In Christ, Ken.
