I work in high yield market, and in general, today's norm is 2-2.75% of deal size =
underwriting fee. With AMZN, it could have veen 3% given low credit quality. Good
luck Gary and Glenn. I still can't find stock to short. Oh well.

Thank you for fee percentage. I could only guess.

Shares seem to be easier to get recently. Still not easy but improved which might mean something although I do not know what.
