I have been following NRTDF for awhile while performing DD. First let me say that i have had very good success at picking and timing biotechs with great potential. I found NXCO before institutions while is was at$9. It was just bought out by ELAN for $31. I think Nortran has good potential, but there are several things that are keeping me from investing at this time. Please be kind when I get flamed. I am only trying to pass on some objective research and have no ax to grind. 1) NTRDF has a large number fo shares outstanding for a research biotech. 2) The stock only trades on Vancouver and BB exchanges. 3) Developing a pill to accomplish there goals seems optimistic given other competitors doing this type of research. 4) Share adilution has gone from roughly 12.5 to 22.1 million shares in a short period of time. Those are low numbers that do not include fully diluted positions. 5) Testing outside of North America really has me scratching my head. Even if the drugs are successful, it's not like the news media here will pick things up without ALOT of help. However, if things go poorly no one will know. I don't mean to rain on anyones parade and will continue to monitor to see if anthing changes. Good Luck to all
