STOP THE INSANITY !!! Drew is an idiot... The 1997 financials will be out as soon as Edgar gets them done. The shares IRA has issued are to build the company. (I admit I would like specific answers to how many, and to whom), but IRA must, and IMO will answer once the 1st Quarter info is released. He has repeated that he has bought SEVERAL companies, and the 1997 info, doesn't include them. Lets stop guessing and wait for the information I volunteer to compile a list of questions we want answered & addressed & will post the list on here, and via e-mail to IRA. Please post serious questions, and I will compile them & send them to him on Monday. Dave
