Hey Rosario, Can't address the law suits, but I sure can address GMTC stock purchase. Look at the financials. Continuous growth and profits. Now at a price below book value PLUS $30Million in cash. Come on over to the dark side <g> Seriously, despite your disagreements with tgs, don't you think that GMTC is still a pretty good company? In less than 4 years, they are the leader in fixed based, and will probably become the leader in hand held units as well. Have they done everything right - no way. Have they shot themselves in the foot - of course. But the fact remains they are the strongest, and most profitable bingo company. But that is just my never to be humble opinion. OFF TOPIC: Nice price move and volume in AGTI lately. Wish there was a fraction of that interest in GMTC!

Rosario, I am not aware of any SEC case. There certainly hasn't been any announcement of such a case. I think you need to carefully check you information again. As to whether GMTC is a good buy at current levels, I would certainly think it to be a very good buy. Current share price is below net tangible book value. In fact it is barely above cash value. This for a company with growing revenues and earnings. You might want to consider it. I'll never know if you do, so don't let that stop you. Good luck to you this coming week. tgs59
