The 8-K filed on May 8th, was merely a EPS restatement in compliance with FASB 128 guideline's for EPS.

The change in terminology and numbers were minimal. Primary EPS basically becomes Diluted EPS and Basic EPS is an added category of EPS calculations. The 8-K has all previously reported Primary EPS being equal to the new Diluted EPS with some of the Basic EPS's being slightly higher, but not by much. Most are equal to a penny or two above the prior Primary EPS.

Pretty boring stuff, even for an accountant like me. It was not bad news or anything negative. It was merely a restatement required under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) according to the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) statement number 128.

It's cool......Dennis
