Forest! I have always included the Total Outstanding Shares in my "overviews." I am always concerned with total shares outstanding. That's the basis for calculating EPS. I'm just not as worried as some others here because I think I have a pretty good idea of what the shares have been used for. After all, I've been following FAMH closely for the past 8 or 9 months. I've had a long time to fit all these pieces together. I don't know for certain what the shares have been used for, but there are several things that seem rather apparent to me. But I will keep my thoughts to myself for now. Everybody should do their own research and do only what fits their own level of risk tolerance. Best wishes, Brad
