Don't forget the reverse split (oh excuse me... "share swap") that is
about to occur. Go read Ira's post about it! He's trying to buy off
the current investors by issuing warrants, but all that will do is
dilute the share pool all over again and effectively nullify the
reverse split. The only good thing about it is that it will allow a
higher stock price for a while so that maybe they can get to the
NASDAQ prior to the new dilution hitting.... but think about it...
a reverse split on a BB stock... does anyone REALLY think that this
is going to be a good thing? As soon as it happens people will short
this stock into the ground and the bid for the NASDAQ will fail.
Keep in mind that the minimum bid must be maintained for 30 days running.

... and of course this all assumes that the printing presses have
stopped from here on out...

FAMH Champions are afraid to respond to this..

On a CC three weeks ago Ira said about 46/47.

Now 21 days later it is at LEAST 53 million. THat equates to roughly 250k to 300k new shares being issued p/day.

I repeat 250k - 300k NEW SHARES PER DAY....

I also find it interesting that on a daily basis 250k blocks have been being dumped. To close for coincidence.
