Larry, I am already short MU for about 1/3 the total amount I would want to short. I got the shorts Friday afternoon for 31 5/8 -3/4. Looking to get more up to 33 level...but I have a suspicion from the AMAT announcement that techs will be hit tomorrow. If I notice that techs turn down very quickly based on 5min, 15min charts then I may just jump in and short more with a limit buy. I am finding that getting my shorts set up at the open and then doing a cancel and replace saves a lot of time on a declining market although you still have to wait for the uptick. DavidG
