Donald, It's just a matter of opinion whether there is a God or not. She/he has not given any solid evidence that a creator exists. Human logic seems to lead us to that conclusion. I've only ever found one item that leads me to the belief there could be a God. That is the fact that we have thoughts and emotions. You cannot put your finger on or see thoughts and emotions yet we know they exist in every human being. Therefore, although I've never seen proof of any kind that I thought was credible that there is a creator, since thoughts exist without solid evidence, I do believe in God. I believe in a loving, forgiving God--not a mean, punishing one. I think we've both been filled with a lot religious gobbledegook(like many others) in childhood. I believe I've gotten over it to some extent though. Like I said, life is complicated enough why make it more so. Just try to treat others the way you want to be treated. That's enough. take care, Ann
