Shaq, I agree about STUA. They are in a very difficult position. They announced that they had $8 million in cash at the end of the quarter, but on May 15th they have to pay out over $6 million in interest on the bond debt. Looks like a haircut for the bondholders and nothing good for equity holders. tgs59

WHERE ARE THE ASWERS TO ROSARIO'S QUESTION????? WHERE ARE THE ANSWERS TO THE INVESTIGATION YOUR FREIND IN AUSTIN WAS GOING TO GET. YOU and tgs59 are so good at getting answers to everything under the sun why all of a sudden do you two ignore a simple answer to a simple question. Is it possible that you can't find a way to do this even if its only by a phone call or two?????? If you are not man enough to publish the results of yourDD that in itself tells the story. If you honestly want or need help just say so I'm sure someone out there will be willing to help If you are as you claim ( your own man) lets see if you will confirm or deny the existence of litigation betwen TREND (and or GMTC) and four charities in TEXAS) and whether or not there is an existing counter suit. By the way the four individual suits have been rolled into one I believe, some where in mid MARCH-98. IN addition I can't believe that even you cannot get and publish the facts as reported to you by tgs.How come you and he do not put on your question and answer (to each other) dog and pony show like you often do when its to your mutual advantage to feed off each other??????????
