I have said for many months that FAMH was issuing shares like there was no tomorrow. Its going to kill the stock.

Forest, Apparently, you 're beginning to doubt the management. If you want to invest in the company, then you got to trust the leaders . Let Ira run the company as he sees fit. He brought it up from .08 to almost 0.7 in less than six months. A month ago, I had my doubts; there was nothing delivered on time or any time. We talked about the financials and about the Myriad deal, but nothing was officially posted. A lot of investors started questioning the management. I admit I was one of them. I started thinking scam, fraud, etc. Finally, the Myriad deal was closed and the financial information was released. My confidence has been renewed and looking for a great return on my investment. FAMH is a great company with tremendous growth. Our CEO is an ambitious manager. He's always looking to expand the company. This may take issuing a few more shares , but in the long run, we all will be happy. This company does not believe in debt as seen in their statement. Hell , they have a 12 MM credit line they have not used ! Keep the faith and don't let the nay sayers bring you down. Negative comments will bring the stock price down. I hate to say it but if you don't feel comfortable with the management, then do yourself a favor and sell. I would in a heart beat, but I believe in FAMH and the future.
