OFF TOPIC TO CK Houston:

Lighten up Cheryl, please, after all it is Mother's Day. I truly appreciate your informative posts and value your opinion on TAVA and Y2K issues more than any other single person on this thread.

I had no quarrel with any other part of your post but that article.

In my opinion no one can predict a 25 to 30% stock market correction in 1998 and attribute it to corporate America's inability to deal with Y2K problems properly and be accurate as of this point in time.

What if you are right in agreeing with this article? It's like saying TAVA will be making money hand over fist but everyone put your money under your bed because a big correction is coming sometime in the next 6 1/2 months so why bother to stay invested. I mean a 30% correction will effect almost every stock in this market. I personally believe you simply cannot predict a correction in this fashion.

Doesn't anyone else have a problem with the logic in the article?

I'm sorry I offended you CK.

As I said just my opinion.

Regards, Jeff
