*****SI Thread Heres the deal... email CVIA before the start of the business day in the AM. Demanding a proxy vote. Let them see this resentment first hand... Put Your name, address and ACCURATE share count on it... use post 4751 as a guide line. Save this email as PROOF of your request and demand to vote on this issue. Do not email the SEC yet, no verification that they can help yet... We can file for a temporary injunction preventing this merger until the proxy vote can be settled. This will all be worked out ASAP... but get the proxy demands into CVIA now.. if you do not agree with this....well good luck. KAA
