Happened to be reading the 10K (12/31/97) and here's the numbers from it: As of 12/31/97 98,439,431 issued and outstanding As of 02/28/98 110,985,561 issued and outstanding. Didn't look to see if what options/warrants were outstanding. Doesn't include March/April figures, but hope that's close enough for what you needed. Good trading Who is John Galt!

MiriamsSon, You should get an accurate count of the outstanding shares sometime this week. The 10Q is due by Friday, unless they request an extension. At one point someone on the thread indicated it was 130 million, but in any case the 10Q should clear this up. Hope you had a good weekend. tgs59
