Saw it dip REALLY low today and thought about buying back in, but I can't with the reverse split hanging over the stock... and I also swore I wouldn't until Ira comes clean with a accounting for the shares. I don't feel this is an issue where Ira has not been comunicative... you will notice that all share information was specifically NOT GIVEN in the "balance sheet". It's not like Ira failed to mention it... it seems to me he went out of his way not to mention it. This is the point where I went balistic... as long as I could expect the proforma to clear this stuff up I was ok... but it didn't.
