Haim, Something is is going to happen quite soon. FWIW (and, as usual, to be taken with a huge grain of salt), my technical work says the top was put in on the DOW/S&P on 5/1/98. From here, it's a decline all the way until 12/20/98. Along the way, the first (and maybe only) strong counter-rally would be from a low occurring around 7/9/98. Should this scenario unfold, that July rally will be the undoing of the BOTD crowd. DISCLAIMER: For entertainment purposes only. It may be early but the nasty part is social unrest which can spread quite quickly. Rioting and looting in Indonesia and I think in Malaysia was going on this past Dec/Jan if I remember the time frame right. Might have been in Feb also. The market didn't seem to pay much attention.

"Clueless Clinton is pressuring Israel on BS, I think he must do it as somthing more ugly is brewing in the Middle East. Clinton tries to sacrifice Israel to apease some arab nations. Iran is getting nuclear technolgy from Russia, and Iraq holds much needed $billions of Russian loans frozen." I agree!! What Clinton needs to do is leave Israel alone and let them handle the Middle East. They are very capable as they have proven in the past. Iraq had better be glad the U.S. kept Israel out of the Gulf Crisis or Saddam would have seen the Mother of All Wars! Monty
