You ask: We need some hard facts on earnings, on complying with the new NAV rules for listing etc. Has anyone been to TSIS headquarters? How many employees? Does anyone personally know any management?

I guess part of the frustration felt by long-term holders (and long-term SI thread readers) is that each of these issues has been covered in some detail previously on this thread. Admittedly the thread is getting longer and longer, but asking questions which have been addressed in detail already is only a couple of steps removed from asking someone else to do one's Due Diligence for him. And THAT, as we all know ... right? ... can be very dangerous.

Short answers are: Yes, a number of us have been to their headquarters, including me. Following the Annual Meeting last year, all the attending stockholders were invited for a tour. If memory serves, that includes bgavlick, BarbaraT and possibly several others who are regularly here on this thread. I made my visit by dropping by unannounced one day (I live in the area). Modest spaces in an industrial park. No polished marble lobby. No Karastans on the floor. No Renoirs on the wall. I did *not* stay 'til closing to see what kind of car each person drove <grin>.

Number of employees -- uncertain, but the day I dropped by (unannounced) there were 10 or a dozen people working there. Some may be contract consultants rather than actual employees; this was discussed at the Annual Meeting.

I and others have personally met management and looked them in the eye. I have not played golf or gone drinking with them <grin>.

Your questions are good ones, and I hope that a careful reading of the thread will make you a more well-informed investor.
