I think you hit the nail on the head. I think many of the naysayers have sold out of FAMH but now want back in and hope to keep the price down so they buy a little time for another investment to rise before selling and reinvesting the money in FAMH. I always wonder what motivates someone who doesn't own any shares of a stock but continues to spend so much time bashing it. I agree the bashers have picked some valid points (they always do), and share dilution that doesn't exceed the companies growth, while bothersome, might be acceptable if temporary and the company follows through with share buyback. I'm still sitting on flight FAMH and waiting for pilot Ira to receive instructions from the SEC to depart and travel to NASDAQ. I don't think the flight will be much longer so I'll just sit back and drink a coke with Jane.

Kool-- I still own all of my shares. I am refraining from being mean to trying to explain that IRA is hurting the price-- not me or Gump, etc.

If you want to call my 7 month stint as a shareholder being a "fair
wheather" investor that's your option. I held through ups and downs
until I became convinced there is something management is trying to
hide.

I don't see the point in even asking the questions to the PR lady...
in the conference call Ira is always in an incredible hurry to get
off the phone and she doesn't ask him hard questions.. besides, how
can you explain in a conference call where the shares went? I want
a detailed accounting of what shares were issued and for what reason.
You should demand this as shareholders.

I'm still here because I'm hoping to be able to buy back in when this
is cleared up -- and because I feel like I was lied to by omission.
While I was trusting Ira to take care of the company he was out
diluting my investment, and he dodges the question of how those shares
were spent except in a couple specific instances that make up only a
very small percentage of the shares issued.
