Well guys, this is taking matters into your own hands, by forcing a proxy, after all this is your investment. This is a personal decision between you and CVIA. I guess you can word it any way you want to just as long as it is a demand to vote on this. I hope enough will email, to hopefully make an impact. I am hanging it up for the night, and will be in contact first thing in the AM with the lawyer trying to get and injunction and restraining order done to prevent, this merger before we have a chance to reveiw it. On the up side this legal firm has an office in Tulsa,,, and Tulsa isnt that big of a town <g> KAA
