Hi, all!

In my experience, a move to a senior exchange *in conjunction with other relevant factors, such as earnings/revenue growth, advancing story, etc.* can have a dramatic positive effect on a stock's performance. This is particularly true at the stage when analysts and institutional buyers are becoming interested. These folks often will not initiate buying/coverage until the company's legitamacy is confirmed by acceptance onto a major exchange. In recent memory, this has happened to Badger Daylighting, Newstar Energy, Diagnosticare, Founders Energy, and a number of others I have owned/followed. While there may not always be an immediate concurrent short-term boost in the share price, a senior listing is necessary for the company to graduate to a new level of growth; if all else is well, this maturity is inevitably eventually reflected in share performance.

Regards.

To Tide
From Jerry de Boo
Hi Tide
When a stock reaches $5.00 U.S. it is no longer a penny stock by S.E.C. definition.
Occasionally a flurry of buying occurs from mutual funds and U.S. investors, when this happens. As you are aware with Pyng excellent fundamentals great management and a product that has allready saved one life,it would certainly be a excellent candidate for any mutual fund portfolio.

regards Jerry

tide, I should clarify my position on Pyng. Although I'm not convinced that a move to a senior exchange will increase the stock price, I am very positive about Pyng's long term performance as a company and as a stock.
Regards, Ed
