Good to see someone watching L2. Don't have the time right now. Who do the MM's (Herzog, Mash, TSCO, et. al.) represent? Any way to find out for whom they're buying?

I have also been watching MM's NITE, HRZG and MASH, but have a different view of their activity. I see all three of these MM on the bid, accumulating some shares and then moving to the ask and selling.
How do you arrive at the conclusion that they are accumulating?
