Thanks Eddie,

I understand how to endorse certificates, that parts easy. I was more concerned with the fact that the person did not know whether I am to sign them over to"Waterhouse Securities" or whether they should be signed over to their clearinghouse(i.e. US Clearing as is the case with Discovery Direct)

Ill give them another call and hopefully get somebody that can give me a straight answer.
