Recommendations are improving according to Zacks:

dailystocks.net

Most analysts rate CD a Strong Buy. Recommendation is now a 1.3, up from 1.4 last week (the close to 1.0 the better).

I might also add that some are concerned about the litigation press releases they are reading. As I understand it, the various class action lawsuits will be rolled into one as appointed by a Judge. At this time, the lawyers are trying to get a many CD investors to sign up with their law firm in hopes that they will be the firm appointed by the Judge to handle the class action suit.

In essence, if I am correct, there will really only be one class action lawsuit in the end, although we read about new ones each day. Anyone else who chooses not to join the class action will have to pursue legal means themselves, which obviously could be quite expensive.

I might also add that the company probably has insurance for these types of problems, and certainly has funds set aside, and that cash-flow is over $ 1 billion dollars per year.
