David, I'm no computer whiz, either. I did read posts about this same type problem a few weeks ago on a SI thread (don't remember which one). Seems someone suggested that the person upgrade their browser. They did that and it fixed the problem. I upgraded my Internet Explorer for free, simply downloaded from the net. I guess you can do that on other browsers, too.
