Here are the questions. Some of the questions at the end are just reminders for me. I will probably not have a chance to check in before my meeting. I will try if I am not running late. Post any additions or deletions. Questions History of GNNX, how was it found, and evolved? Why it was merged with HST, etc. Who found it, how much was invested? growth rate? Did they have a difficult period? why, and how to overcome it. The increased number of shares that were issued- to whom and for what purpose did the float go from about 12mm shares to about 21mm shares... Does GNNX generate sufficient cash internally to fund business needs or will they go to the outside credit markets to raise cash, when needed? What is the burn rate of cash? Do they plan to RAISE more money to run this com. If yes, how? are they going to issue more shares? etc.. Why their stock cannot hold up over $1.50 - feelings/concerns about their stock price What are their core competencies...what do they do better than competitors that provide them with a sustainable, competitive advantage. On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate Genesis's position compared to the the position of your competition, and can you provide your shareholders with a current list of your top ten competitors? How do the telephone contracts work - meaning, is this a pre-paid card? Are telephone lines to be installed (or what other infrastructure might be necessary)? Can he show you the receipts of income for the first installments already paid? How are subscribers achieved? How many middle men are there in the telecom contracts? What are anticipated net revs off of the various contracts (each one individually)? What are the telecom contract margins and business risks What stands in their way? How many contracts do they expect to sign? including those in table. Why the partner names need to be protected? Projection of this quarter and year end. Might they anticipate a buyout? What is your vision of the future of Genesis Media Group, Inc and how will that vision lead to growth in this company? Near and long term plan on GNNX. Logan - In your own words, what is it within you that provides you the drive that is required to lead a company into the future? In the interest of the company's shareholders, what can you offer them to maintain their level of confidence in the company's future? Can you provide a current BUSSINESS PLAN to the public that provides legitimate and understandable information? How are they going to run two different divisions? how to integrate them to achieve a high margin business? Any specific plan to move GNNX to NASDQ? What requirements have you NOT fulfilled to get on the large NASDAQ exchange? (besides share price) WHat are you doing to fix the requirement(s) you currently lack to reach the large NASDAQ exchange? To break thru MMs, they need to do a lot of campaign. Are they aware of MMs shorting? how are they going to deal with it? Don Logan management experience? Will any more shares be issued for any reason? Is the publication of the 10Q still on track? At what dates do the RESTRICTED shares (not in the float) start becoming unrestricted. For example, they just issed 10M this year.... when do those become unrestricted and fall back into the float. Genesis Media commerical on FOX around 5 pm today (Sunday). It was at the end of the hockey game. Unfortunately I watched the hockey game, but didnt watch the commercials. Although you are very responsive to email, would someone in the company respond to the SI thread from time to time? could u also talk to other people in the co. beside CEO. say, CFO, workers, and etc. are they satisfied with their work? how long have they worked there? problems? these little things may help u get the morale in this co. Emphasize to them that because GNNX is a small and unknown co, but with huge contract, it is important to address shareholders' question promptly. Bring SI thread to Don Logan, and see if he knows about it. If not, tell him that SI is the largest stock forum in USA. We have just over 10% of the float.
