interesting take, but i wouldnt do it now, too risky, besides rumors that sevl is signing deal with disney are everywhere now, stock can catch fire on this this week until confirmed or denied, and by that time a shorter could be so far out of the money it would be a tragedy. But maybe somewhere down the line you might be right, if the company stalls in development phase, after watching ktel and the others i simply dont short internet nor stocks under impending deals rumored.
