My records say the only one who has sold recently is Carmela. Mrs. Pugatch has only applied to sell. Does not mean she will sell, although she has pulled the trigger before.

CIMA, a 144 isn't necessarily bad news. There should only be concern if it's management. Typically PP's require PP share holders to file a 144 if sold in less than two years of issue. Also, management that holds a very large number of shares may file to be ready for approaching good news. A 144 is only notice of a possible sell, not that they will. If the current 144 filer isn't management, there isn't anything to be concerned about IMO.
