All: SPTR confirmed to me today that money from Corning IS NOT included in the
revenue figure(15.2 million)...Specifically, it is included in "other income"(as we have
talked about on this tread)...in addition, the total of 4+ million from Corning will be
accounted for as follows: ~500K was included in Q4 of last year and ~900K will be
included in each Q this year...SPTR also confirmed the statement about double digit
revenue growth did pertain to the money from Corning...This should clear up some
confusion...

Price Alert! I just averaged down. That's a signal for the money managers to start dumping the stock.

I couldn't resist; I'm a sucker for positive Annual Reports. Margins will be down, but they are projecting sales to be up as the new capacity comes on-line. I paid for that capacity (through dilution of my investment caused by the secondary), so I plan on being rewarded by it.

Buffet says to buy when everyone is bearish on a good company. I'm thinking this applies to Spectran. I hope.

imho, Frank
