Jim, Per Zacks, even the analysts are starting to catch on. Last week's average recommendation was 2.1. Improved to 1.9 this week. Scott

It's not just IP servers in China. I read in the Economist that China's state owned banks have 8 figure IS budgets and desperately need to update their technology to be able to layoff 50% of their bloated staffs and avoid insolvency. Similar stories about in the telecom, transportation and other sectors. Provided China can stay solvent and on track, companies like IBM could see a big payoff.
